The Lash Lab Cancellation & Late Policy At The Lash Lab, we value both your time and ours. To maintain a smooth scheduling process and provide the best experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before their scheduled appointment time. • Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 25% fee of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking another appointment. • No-Shows & Late Arrivals (15+ Minutes): Clients who fail to show up or arrive 15 or more minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid prior to rebooking. • Late Policy: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and the no-show policy will apply.
