At The Lash Lab, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before their scheduled appointment time. • Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 25% fee of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before rebooking. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
